9. Blue painter’s tape as sticky notes—It just sticks better.

1. Basement organization—Now we have a man-cave/kid playroom/home office rolled into one, and all it took was months of purging and organizing!

2. Homemade cardboard and duct-tape toys—Ramps, blocks, planes, cars…awesome!

3. Wireless mouse and keyboard—When streaming concerts and movies, it’s essential.

4. In-focus projector—It’s like a movie theater in the house.

5. Taming the laundry monster—The routine of doing a little laundry every day.

6. Cooking—Rather than take out all the time.

7. Hooks and rope—In the kitchen and the basement for drying things.

8. Portable iPod speakers—Like headphones, but the music can be shared.

9. Blue painter’s tape as sticky notes—It just sticks better.

10. La Croix (bubbly water)—Water with a bubbly bite…in a can.
