Coheed and Cambria tour in support of Year of the Black Rainbow.

Coheed and Cambria are touring North America for the first time since the fall of 2007. The tour is in support of their fifth album, Year of the Black Rainbow, and kicks off nine days after its April 22, 2010, release. Circa Survive and Torche will be the featured supporting acts.

The first single, “The Broken” is now available on the website.

Year of the Black Rainbow is likely the final installment of Coheed and Cambria’s Amory Wars tetralogy chronicles, rounding out the inter-related concept series. The deluxe edition of the record is available for pre-order on coheedandcambria.com. It includes a Year of the Black Rainbow novel, a “making of” DVD, and a “Black Card,” that rewards fans with early show admittance, discounts on merch, and exclusive downloads.
