The band has released its newest opus, Connect the Dots, and hit the road on a headlining tour.

A new bright light has hit the pop music scene, and it is called Misterwives. Hailing from New York City, the band was formed in late 2012. They released their first EP Reflections in 2015 to high critical acclaim, and then proceeded to tour, opening for acts like Bleachers and Twenty-One Pilots. Each tour stop gathered more and more fans, and in January 2015, the band released its first full-length LP, Our Own House, on Photo Finish Records.
The album slid its way on to the charts and the band embarked on what they dubbed the “Scrapbook Tour.” Vocalist Mandy Lee, percussionist Etienne Bowler, bassist William Hehir, guitarist Marc Campbell, multi-instrumentalist Jesse Blum, and saxophonist Mike Murphy have even been called the best live band in America by one critic.
Now, the band has released its newest opus, Connect the Dots, and hit the road on a headlining tour. Having just come off the road in April, opening for Panic! at the Disco, the band is bringing its new material out for a spin, with a stop at Delmar Hall on The Loop in St. Louis, as well as a visit to The Ogden Theatre in Denver in July.
Having seen this band twice in the past, I can honestly say: If you are looking for the latest craze in pop music, this is one band to check out live. | Marc Farr
