Local musicians strut their talents during an afternoon showcase in The Grove this Saturday.

Global warming, nuclear meltdowns, wars, famine, pestilence. Those things suck. Do you want to know what doesn't suck? This Saturday's afternoon show at Novak's, featuring eight of St. Louis' premiere original singer/songwriters. In addition to all of the rad music, there will be a 50/50 raffle and, as always, delicious food and drinks. Maybe some awesome surprises are in store… You'll never know if you don't show up.

Deemed "The BEST Show!" by it's creator, Jenn Powers, this showcase has already started quite the buzz around town. And, real talk, you don't want to be the only one not there. I mean, what kind of lame-o would you be if you didn't have a sweet story for the water cooler on Monday?

If nothing else, at the end of the day, it's spring time and that means it's time to party. See you down in The Grove on Manchester to dance to tunes by Summer Osborne, Julie Schurr, Jennifer Norman, Teesh Brown, Jen & Juice, Cole Adams, Jenn Powers and Jordyn Crawford.
